I’m Morgan Thompson and I’m a Junior at Scott County HIgh School. I was born in Georgetown, Kentucky and have been living here my whole life. So far, my favorite class this year is APUSH and my favorite subject is social studies. I play softball and am really interested into music, mainly classic rock. I love going to record stores like Pops Resale in my free time and just looking at all the vinyls and old toys/clothes they have put on display as well. I decided to take journalism this year because I previously went to Media Art at Elkhorn Crossing School, but decided not to go again this year. But my interest in media stayed with me and so I took up journalism hoping I could help with the graphic design aspect in yearbook. I still am not sure what college I want to go to or what I want to major in, but I am interested in going near Cincinnati because that’s where my dad grew up and because I could see the Reds more often.
